- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
- What are add-ons?
- One-time top-ups you can buy on either plan without upgrading: extra voice minutes, AI credits, an extra match run, or more saved-school slots.
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. Explorer is free and doesn't need a card. Writing, search, and the planner have no limits on any plan. Only the AI features are metered.
- Is my data safe?
- We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we never share your personal information with colleges without your consent.
- What happens to my essays if I downgrade?
- Your essays and profile data are always yours. Downgrading only limits AI features, not your saved content.
