You must be at least 13 years old to use MascotAI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Counselor Services

MascotAI provides a platform to connect students with college counselors but does not directly provide counseling services. Counselors using our platform are independent professionals or representatives of educational institutions.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or results of counseling services. Any disputes between students and counselors should be resolved directly between the parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MascotAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

13. Termination
